Capelli Hair Design – Gift Voucher Policy


Thank you for choosing Capelli Hair Design. Please review our gift voucher terms and conditions below:


1. Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.


2. Expiry
Gift vouchers cannot be used past their expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, extended, or reissued under any circumstances.


3. Non-Refundable
All gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.


4. Redemption
Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment. They can be used toward services and/or products available at Capelli Hair Design.


5. Partial Use
If the full value of the voucher is not used in one visit, the remaining balance may be used on future visits within the validity period.


6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Capelli Hair Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. They will not be replaced.


7. Transferability
Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by anyone presenting the voucher.


8. Appointment Policy
Standard booking and cancellation policies apply when redeeming a voucher. Failure to attend or late cancellations may result in the voucher being partially or fully redeemed.
