Capelli Appointment Terms and Conditions
Booking an appointment:
An appointment can be booked via Capelli’s landline or social media accounts. The appointment must be confirmed by a team member. Once the appointment is confirmed and scheduled you will receive a confirmation email. Please be aware that by booking an appointment you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions
Confirming your appointment:
7 days before your appointment you will receive an appointment confirmation reminder via email and text message. This must be replied to to inform the team the you will be attending your appointment.
Arriving for you appointment:
Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are 5 mins late the team will accommodate and can provide the service you desire. If you are more than 5 mins late, we will try our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee the full service.
If the appointment must be cancelled a cancellation charge will apply. Please see canceling an appointment section.
Cancelling an appointment:
Capelli require 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If the correct notice is given there will be no charge applied to your account. Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled via our landline and social media accounts (not via email)
If the appointment is not cancelled/reschedules within the time period requires a cancellation charge will apply.
If cancellation notice is given within the 48 hours of your appointment a cancellation charge will apply. The charge applied will be 50% of your original service, our price list can be found at www.capelli-kelso.co.uk. A mobile payment link will be automatically sent to the contact number given when booking the appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment and give no notice a 100% charge will be applied, and a mobile payment link will be automatically sent to the contact number given when booking the appointment.
We cannot reschedule or book future appointment until the cancellation fee has been settled.
